The Town ✘ of ✘ Blackgale

Amelia Steinbeck's House ★ The dwelling of the Emerald Witch. It's a comforting, but mysterious home and to most of the resident's knowledge it seems to... shift. Inside Amelia keeps many wind chimes on her living room ceiling and there is a hallway that is magically enchanted to have many, many rooms. It's an odd house to say the least. It used to belong to her mentor therefore has many mysterious enchantments that aren't all because of the witch.

Ivory Park ★✘❤ Ivory Park is one of the town's biggest tourist attractions. It is a beautiful park with plenty of trees and greenery. Most notably of all are the pure white roses that decorate the park.

Ivory Church ★✘❤ Ivory Church is located within Ivory Park. Every Sunday morning a service is held for the more religiously inclined. By itself, the building seems to give off the atmosphere of an extremely safe haven...

Blue Moon Lake ★✘❤ This lake is also located in Ivory Park and not too far off from the Ivory Church. Its name comes from the local myth that says that the reflection of a full moon upon the lake's surface looks blue. Of course what other people don't know that there are other things that sometimes inhabit the lake...

Blackgale High School ★✘❤ A fine looking educational facility. Amelia Steinbeck works as a high school literature teacher here. This school is known to have an exceptional teaching staff and overall friendly atmosphere.

Blackgale Public Library ★✘❤ The public library is about as old as the town itself. Which is to say it's very, very, VERY old. Keep your voices down, the librarian Mr. Anderson keeps a beady eye out for the loudmouths. Coincidentally he is also on good terms with Amelia because of her constant book donations to add to the library's collection.

Blackgale Clock Tower ★✘❤ The clock tower is a historical building where visitors can walk up the stairs to see the interior of the clock and its gears. Each weekend when the clock strikes at every hour a different tune is played that can be heard all around the downtown area. Located near the Community Center.

Blackgale Community Center ★✘❤ A multi-purpose building used for town meetings, theatrical plays, after school activities, auctions, and the works! The building is fairly large and has a playground for children in the back.

Downtown Blackgale ★✘❤ The downtown area has a movie theater, clothing boutiques, cafes, and other unique shops scattered throughout the area.

The Dark Beanstalk Cafe ★✘❤ One of the more popular downtown cafes. The coffee brewed here is first-rate and the baked goods are also on the same level. On Fridays, there's a soup of the day. Why soup at a coffee joint? Why not?

Red Divine (Bar) ★✘❤ A cozy, but sophisticated bar. A good place to meet and chat especially if you just want quiet discussions. The owner and main bartender, Libby Mendez seems to remember all of her customer's names...

Diamond Plate Sports Bar ★✘❤ A sports bar for beer, hearty grub, and sports! Also has pool tables, darts, and karaoke nights. There needed to be karaoke somewhere in this town.

Bohemian Rhapsody (Restaurant) ★✘❤ Years ago, Bohemian Rhapsody was a simple diner about to close down due to lack of business. It was to Amelia's credit that the place is still up and running and has now transitioned into an exceptional bistro-styled restaurant. The restaurant is owned by the Maxwell family and it's not uncommon to see the family members working there.
